Thanks for this intelligent work. For the formations to counter 4-3-1-2, what are the arrows position, the mentallity, passing style etc. Tanks. FC NGR ,S7 and S6 - 2nd position, S4- LEAGUE winner. Season 1-3= 2nd position.
