Better skilled players tried to beat me with 4-2N-2W-2 or even ..... 3N-1-3W-3 and they also failed.....

Who is good enough for this?

That is an illegal formation, less than 3 defenders. So you should get 80% possesion. Thus many systems should break it, e.g. 3-5-2 V-style.

Yes there's again the big problem of T11. I notice the problem one more time !
Teams playing centre-based formations goes better that teams playing flank-based formations.
Guys from Nordeus You must do something with it !!!!!!!

DL(up) DC DC DR(up)
ML(up) MC MC MR(up)
ST ST attacking or normal formation, attack both flanks, mixed

AML AMR
ST ST attacking formation, attack both flanks, mixed

--- DC DC DC ---
DML(up) DMR(up)
--- MC MC ---
AML AMR
ST normal formation or defencive, attack both flanks, mixed

--- MC ---
AML AMR
ST ST attacking formation, attack both flanks, mixed (use this formation if You are a better side)

But any way don't even try to attack centre. As a rule such teams has good player in the middle
