Need tips to counter strange 3W-2(DMCs)-2-3

Hello guys.
Need some advices.
I will face a team in CL. My average quality is 38. His is 34.

He is doing good in his league using this formation:

Please, I need some advices and tips, how I can not be surprised by him.
I was thinking in use 4-5-1 v style. 4 Defenders to counter his 3 ST. AML and AMR, to attack on flanks and be away from his middle defense.

I may use 4-2-2-2 hexagon too, since I will keep my defense good against 3 ST keep attacking from flanks, with 1 adicional ST. But I am worried about ball possession.

WHAT DO YOU GUYS SUGEST ME
PLEASE I NEED THIS HELP.

I'd go 3-5-2v style. Attacking mentality, attack from both flanks with mixed or short passing, zonal marking. No counter attack, no offside trap.

It's okay when you hve good defender thn opponen't striker

The match was 4-1 for me, firts leg CL, away.
He changed this formation just before kick off, using 1 more MC and 1 less ST.
