Need urgent help against strange 4-4-1-1

Hello guys,
I am new in this forum, but since i saw a lot of good specialists here i decided to seek for your help, because i am having a very important game tomorrow and i need to beat this fellow. I played against him today, but i lost 1:3. His formation is bit strange as you can see


The possession was 50/50 and the game is for the CL therefore i need to beat him the next game with some serious difference. Most probably his formation will be the same, so i really need your advice about formation and tactic how to score more games?

Treat it like an ordinary 4-4-1-1 and play 3-5-2 flat or 3-1-4-2

15 hours ago I too won your formation in V for 3-0 ... using a 4-3-3

looking that he scored 3 goals aganst you, play with 4 defenders for sure, and you can try a 4-1-2-1-2 diamond or 4-3-3, you need the 4 defenders, and more people attacking for sure... 2 blue arrows in the DC's, pay the extra for victory at max. and... 8 red arrows for the others.
Defenses of 3 I say always that are not stable and everyday i have to repeat the same coz everyday appear here somebody with a surprise.

Thanks for the advice, but now i just noticed that he moved to 4-3W-1-2 and most probably this will be his formation against me the next time. What would you advice?

I would choose 3-5-2 classic to fight against this formation! or even 3-1-4-2 works pretty well, no arrows, mixed focus, long ball for 3-5-2, mixed for 3-1-4-2!
