How to counter 4-1-2W-2-1

I am facing this formation for first time:

4DC-1DMC-2W (ML/MR)-2(AMC)-1ST

Any suggestions guys ?

I am thinking of either using butterfly or 3-5-2 flat. What do you think ?

Ignore his crazy formation and instead of countering it, make your own plan.

Hes got no mc's, this is his weak spot.

I will show you 3 plans. first is balanced and you go play safe with it, but can not guarantee victory (4-4-2 ).
Then one attacking plan but risky at your defence (3n-1dmc-4-2).
Last option good def plan but with so so attack 4-1dmc-3-2.

Pick the one you got the best players to fill spots. If they are in good form even better.
