How to Win Against Any Formation?

Hi, iam new here. Iam level 2 manager joint top of my league and still in champs league and cup, all season i have been playing 4-3-2-1 its been great at home and not so good away but i scrape results.

I have important champs league game tonight at 8:15pm i won the first leg 3-2 at home against stronger team but i have 2nd leg tonight and he has changed his formation, his formation is now

Any clues on to what formation i could use ? I think he def will be attacking considering he lost first leg and has 2 away goals.
