He changed his formation a bit to this now.

    ----DC--DC--DC---
    -DMR----------DML--
    ----MC-------MC----
    ------------------AML--
    ----ST--------ST

It beat me in the first leg of the cup and I have a better team

His other formation he had an AMC instead of the ST

The 3-2-3-2 can be beaten by the 4-4-2 Classic. The 4-4-2 is not thought to be an ideal formation to use, however it is one of the most balanced formations in football.
Best used with normal mentality, down both flanks, short passing, zonal marking with normal tackling. No counterattack and no offside trap ... whole pitch.

and in the second half put red arrows at MR/L and red arrows at DR/L ... hard attacking ... short passing ... no counter no offside trap ... down both flanks ... whole pitch .

I hope you find this useful ...
