How to Win Against Any Formation?

I'm new in the building and have like 2 questions :

1. How to counter a 'crazy' setup like 3-2-2-1-2 (quality)
(it's like a 6pnt match against the leader)

......................AMC(18)
.............MC...............MC(20)
DLM(23)..........DMC
.............DC...............DC........DR(17)
.......................GK

My team is better (quality) but that guys is winning everything with this setup

I think to play 4-1-3-1-1 (since my 2nd AMC(25) is injured now(how typical)) or 4-5-1

ML(18)......MC(15)..........................MR(23)
................cfr.X(25)
..........................DMC(19)
DL(21).......DC(15).............DC(25)....DR(20)

will this work ??

2. Is it possible to 'force ' a draw with your oponent ?
(let's be realistic.. peoples/managers talk in the dressing rooms or on the phone ... so if I play in Champions league a draw against a 'friend', we both go to the next round, if I loose, i could be in trouble..)
Is this in a way possible ?
