I would try with

AMC AMC
ST

WIth man marking if your defenders are good enough for his STs. Whole pitch, Mixed passing and normal mentality. Either blue or red arrows depending on how you do behind on the DMs. You can swap one amc for one more st or one more defender if you like

short passing

first half 2:0 for him than i changed to 4-4-2 and the result was 3:2 for him. in few hours is the rematch. i have to win. i think i use my 4-4-2

It's basically a 4-5-1 V with probably the red arrow over the ML. To counter, check page 1 of this thread, or the one after, there are 2-3 counter formations to that. Keep in mind to consider it as the ML is an AML.

Ew, looks like a messy midfield battling. If you are better in quality, and can, you could try using the same exact formation. If not, i'd go:

DC DC DC
DMR DML
MC MC
AMR AML
ST

Either normal or red arrows on flanks if you play home and are stronger. Short/mixed passages and on the flanks, offensive mentality, full pitch pressing if you are home and better Q. Defensive, long passage, counter on, own half pressing if you are weaker.
