I play this team in the cup next... 3 levels higher and better than me in team average by several points. What would be the best way to beat him? He has players out of position but I don't want to take any chances.

I need a formation that uses my wingers (my best players), what would be the best formation to beat him? And what orders?

if you notices, 4-4-1-1 tunrs into 4-2-3-1 nicely if you use proper players, make sure you use wingbacks, aka dl/dr +red arows

he will want to suffocate you via posession, so you want to sit deep and counter. so own half, hard tackling, counter yes
