    Thanks I'll try it!
My suggestion is that whichever formation you choose, red arrows on AMs, attacking mentality, own half pressure, zonal marking and no counters, no offside traps. If you use the narrow formation, you can have blue arrows on DMs, pass through the middle and short passing. If you use butterfly, I would put blue arrows on the MCs, pass down both flanks, or one flank if you think it's weaker, and mixed passing. Tackling is up to you.

Only my suggestion, of course, you are free to choose your own tactics.

You're better off with a 3-2w-2-2w-1 Butterfly. That's 3 DCs, DML, DMR, 2 MCs, AML, AMR, & ST. If your opponent has strong attack add down arrows to the middle DC to make him a sweeper, or down arrows to your DML & DMR if the attck is coming from the flanks. Short/mixed passing, pass down the flanks. If your defensive use press on own half, force counterattack, & mixed passing. If attacking mentallity, press whole pitch, offside trap (if you have good defenders). You won't win by a lot, but you will keep the advantage, unless your opponent's team is too good, in which you'll have to settle for limiting his lead (Happened to me in my Champion's League.

I've been seeing this formation alot recently (used it, succesfully, myself), but I don't see a good counter to it posted on here. It's basically a 3-5-2 V style.

    AMR---------AMR
    ----ST-----ST----
Does anyone know how to counter this?

I want to counter this formation too as I'm playing it in a few days... I'm thinking butterfly formation but I'm not 100% confident that it can counter it. Any follow up comments are appreciated
