3-4-1-2 and I have won 4 : 3 - why my players do cross pass during corners than high ball ? When it is a high ball I always made goals

Well I'm pretty new but unbeaten in my 8 games last season and have won all 6 so far this season but tomorrow's league opponents have me a little vexed.

They line up: 4-1-3W-1-1

I've been playing 352 and 451 both V style mostly but have a flexible squad and can play pretty much any formation and was thinking of setting up as below for this game:

3N-1-4-2

----------------------
ML----MC----MC---MR
---------DMC
---DC----DC----DC

... but think perhaps I should stick with 352 V style which is one that's worked well for me so far and perhaps stacks up ok against his quite unusual formation.

His team averages 15.6 btw, mine averages 18.7 and I'm at home ... any thoughts/suggestions?

No one with any thoughts on this or am I fine?
