Less than 4 players in opponents half. Look at his past few matches, is he getting 20% possession? If yes then it's illegal
What helps me if it is illegal - what have i to do? He change his formation so the last games are more then 20% possession. Thank you for help!

OMG, a team only slightly better than me with a 4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond formation just thrashed me 3-0 in an away CL match .

I used 4-5-1 V but couldn't give any dent to his defense but I had 58% possession (opposite side didnt attend the match)

    ST
    AML AMR
    MC MC
    DMC (Up)
    DL(Up) DC DC DR(Up)

Maybe there is something wrong with my orders: Normal, Down Both Flanks, Own Half, Mixed Passing, Zonal and No counter/offside.

    Can anyone provide any insight?

    Thanks

There's isn't an answer on the Table of Counter Formations Thread for this formation:

    4-3W-1-2

    DL - DC - DC - DR
    ML - MR - MR
    AMC
    ST - ST

I was wondering if this formation will work against the 4-3w-1-2:

    3N-3W-2W-1-1

    DC-DC-DC
    DML - DMC - DMR
    ML - MC - MR
    AMC
    ST

Using Defensive Mentality, Own Half, Zonal, Mixed Passing, Through the Flanks, Counter-Attack On.

Or Should I move my wingers to AML and AMC?

Are you planning on beating him without a goalkeeper?

Oh I'm sorry. I accidently put an MC on there. Here it is again...

    3N-3W-2W-1-1

    DC-DC-DC
    DML - DMC - DMR
    ML - - - MR
    AMC
    ST

    Attacking/Normal

    Pressing own Half
    Force Counter

I lost with a 4-5-1V with those same orders against a team 7 points lower in quality 2-0 last season. Thus I wanted to know if the corrected formation that I listed above will be effective?

    ML MC MC MR
    AMC
    ST ST

Ps: I don't have AML and DMR.
    Thanks!

I'd probably go 4-1-4-1 with man-on-man marking, normal mentality and short passing through the flanks with red arrows on ML/MR.

I'm playing against the leader, level 2. His team has a average quality of 24,1 and mine is 19,4 (not bad i thought).
With what tactics should i make a chance against his formation, looks like defensive and counter attack in the middle?

I was thinking to counter with a 3N-1-5-1, defensive, own half and counter attack but maybe there is a better solution.

July, Dv8r or other experts, please let me know.

    Thanks
