    Any ideas how to beat this formation?

    He's team quality is better then mine.

    the best formation used to counter any formation that focus on attacking through the flanks is 4 4 2 classic.
    so use 4 4 2 with it's default instruction

    normal mentality and short passing ... down both flanks... no counter attack .. no offside trap ... red arrows at DR/L MR/L
