How to Win Against Any Formation?

Merry Christmas Everybody. Now, I am facing a 4-4-2 formation, seems to be easy win, since I have a better team rating on all positions and a 3-2-3-2 formation.

Somehow this guy beats me, even though i have hard attack, both wings, pressing all around,mixt passing, zonal marking, counterattack and offside trap. If any of you guys can give me some tips I would really appreciate it.

4 4 2 classic and the unusual formation 4 2 2 1 1 with DML/R and 2 MCs is the hardest formation i had ever face but let's say ... the best way to beat these formation is 4 5 1 V stile but with red Arrows at DMC and blue arrows at AMR/L and red arrows at DR/L
and normal mentality ... mixed passing ... Own half ... counter attack ... offside trap.

Can anyone help me how i could beat this formation?
I was thinking to play with a 3-5-2, but since I never seen this formation.



I won the 1st leg with 3-0 but then he was playing in a different formation

4 5 1 v stile motivated.
normal mentality ... down both flanks ... mixed passing ... counter attacking ... no offside trap.
