I would go 4-3n-2w-1, attacking his flanks, red arrows on AMR and AML, blue arrow on center MC
I would play 4-4-2 flat or 4-1-3w-2 with the option to switch to 4-3-3 if needed, he has a narrow back 3 so you need to use flank players and get plenty of crosses in, play offsides aswell with that many player in the attacking half that should help. hard tackling, close down own half, pass down both flanks.
