    My Kryptonite this season!!

    Hi Managers,
Need some advice against 3n-2w-3n-2. I seem to see a lot of this formation this season and although i have the better players, i keep losing to this formation using 4-1-2-1-2ND, and only occationally winning using 4-4-2 classic.

Anyone knows a good counter? Thanks

I won from that formation with: 4-2mc-2 (amr/aml)-2

2dc blue arrow and red arrow on my 2 wingers! both down flank, hard tackling, mixed, force counter

You seem to use a lot of Hexagon... at Level 1-3, i think results are a lot different than in higher levels, you will soon find out.

I think July Forth's table is a bit out-dated, prepared almost 6 months ago. I find most of the counter formation don't work anymore in the past few seasons. Do u have any personal encounter when you suggested the above? I did lose 3-0 using my forte 4-1-2-1-2 ND.

3-5-2AML/R or 3-5-2V shd do the trick... blue arrows on DMC...red arrows on wingers optional...

I was thinking 3-5-2V too, if that fails, perhaps switch to HEX (I lost to a HEX using 3N-2W-3N-2 last season).

Some updates: Was too tired, slept pass the starting time and had my team at 4-1-2-1-2ND during start with 80-90% condition (last match was before I slept).
Best re-shuffling of formation i could go was for a 4-2-2-2 HEX during half time. Opponent scored 1-0 when I was still on ND, we even the score at 1-1 after I came on with HEX.

So I guess HEX would be the way to go vs 3N-2W-3N-2.
Wanted to try 3N-5-2 though, but my reserves were lacking ML and MRs since I overslept.
