    How to beat this 4-2-3-1

So I'm curious how to beat this 4-2-3-1....I was thinking of running 4-1-2-1-2 wide diamond or narrow diamond as they seem to be like the best ways to go or even possibly 4-5-1 V....opinions?

    This is his team....

Can post a pic of my team if it can help with a decision, my quality is +5 above his.

Yeah I know, but it doesn't show orders, nor can I find this specific formation as is.

    DC - DC
    DMR - DM - DML
    MC - MC - MC
    ST - ST

    Normal
    Man Mark
press own half, mixed or long balls
    through the middle
    Counter
    no offside trap.

    Is this something maybe ?

not sure how that would work against this, I'm just going to run 4-5-1 V formation...googled counter attack for this and found a old thread and 4-5-1 worked so I'm going to give it a go...if it doesn't work I might run narrow diamond 2nd leg ... will post results though after the match is over

    this is an illegal formation
you will get only 20% posession of ballon
    try 4-5-1V style

    red arrow on your AMC

    normal mental
    focus on the flanks
    normal tackling
    mixed passing
    zonal marking

    Saison : 8

i would say: 4-5-1 V-style! Down both flanks, hard tackling mixed passing, zonal (offside)! Mental attacking! Red arow on MC's AMR/AML and ST! Blue arrow on DC's and DMC! If you losing i would switch the DMC into another Striker ...... Good Luck!

Wow so I ended up falling asleep like half hour before my match but thankfully he didnt attend his either so yeah...ended up winning 1-0

Gonna stay with this formation for now as I'm better rated than him, but he most likely going to switch to narrow diamond and see how I do wit that in the 2nd leg.
