Im going to be quite frank, I dont think you have a Scooby Doo chance of winning with you narrow diamond against his very very strong 4-4-2 flat!, you have no wing players for back up! and if he plays, down both flanks or mixed you are going to get over run!, you have your best formation, the only thing I will suggest is take off the MC and put on your 5*MC and play 3 across the middle!.
Arrows is up to on how brave you feel!, if attack in mind play reds on all midfield and strikers, if defencive more put a blue on your central MC and DMC!., what I think is a must is HARD TACKLING, CLOSE DOWN OWN HALF (saving some players energy), MAN ON MAN marking to give him no space, PLAY OFFSIDES, then FORCE COUNTER ATTACKS if you are attack minded. GOOD LUCK you are going to need it!.
