In my opinion ND is not a good option If he plays atacking both flanks.
I prefere to use 4411, red arrows on ML/R and AMC, mixed passing, normal mentality, own pitch, hard tackle, zonal.

Yes..indeed..I lost 1-2 after leading 1-0....using Narrow diamond....My quality 60 vs his one 54...hic...
