    What to use against 4-1-2-1-2

    I use a 3-5-2v ,red arrow aml/amr, blue arrow dmc

    Team Mentality:normal
    Focus passing:down both flanks
    pressing style: whole pitch
    Tackling style:hard
    Passing style:mixed
    Marking style:man-on-man
    counterattacks: yes
    offside: off

    4-1-2-1-2 Narrow Diamond, counter with 4-5V-1 or 3-5V-2.

    4-5V-1:
    DL---DC--DC---DR
    -------DMC------
    -----MC--MC-----
    AML----------AMR
    --------ST-------

    3-5V-2:
    ---DC--DC--DC---
    -------DMC------
    -----MC--MC-----
    AML----------AMR
    -----ST--ST------

    Change "Marking Style" to "Zonal" and you should​ be fine.

    You should also press only (or first) on your half side because of the Counter Attack
