i used 4-4-2, offensive, mixed passing, own half, both flanks, normal tackling, no offside no counter. and i lost 1x3

i guess he use hard tackling, mixed passing, offensive, mixed pression.

i try find correct tactics to beat this, but i cant find... anyone help me?

Take off your arrows when using the 4-4-2. It's a neutral formation and relies heavily on good positioning.

Since his central midfields are in DMC/MC I suggest either a 4-4-1-1 or a 4-1-2W-2N-1 (using your MC with dribbling in AMC).

4-4-1-1 like so:
