    4-2-2-2 Hex should work wonders.

    DL---DC--DC---DR
    ------------------
    -----MC--MC-----
    AML----------AMR
    -----ST--ST------

However, that would minimize midfield, and he has a very midfield heavy team. Play defensive with counter attack on.

You could also go for a 5-4D-1 Wingback:

    ----DC--DC--DC----
    DML----DMC----DMR
    ML---------------MR
    --------AMC--------
    ---------ST--------

Using this you could play attacking with focus down both flanks since you'd out-number him there and still match his midfield man count. Use "Whole Pitch" with this strategy.

Then again, nothing wrong with sticking with the 4-5V-1 too

Wondering if I took the time to type out that fancy formation? Nah, check out my python script!
