How to beat 4-3-1-2 ??????? i cant find any good formation

im not sure i can win it with my MC and DMC they are pretty weak... 12 and 12
one of my player is injured. tommorow he will be ok

my team is 17.6 and his team is 16.

I would suggest using 4-4-2 narrow diamond, and a single players quality is not a big concern, especially because of your level

narrow diamon isnt realy working.....
the 4-3-1-2 formation is almost unbeatable there isnt ANY counter formation against it.
Narrow Daimond and 4-5-1V vs 4-3-1-2 have 50%-50%
i did realy long research and watched guiides for hours.

this is the results:
against the formation you have to get DMC and 2DC DR and MR
team mentaly: regular or defance with counter attack

if my results are wrong i will be happy to hear any other suggests

If the 4-3N-1-2 counter with a 3-2W-2-1-2?

If the 4-3W-1-2 counter with a 4-4-1-1 using red forward arrows on both MCs.

sorry for asking but what is this 3N/W what does W and N means??? im Newbie

N= Narrow (the line of players is close, i.e. DC+DC+DC)
W= Wide (the line is spaced, distanced, i.e. DL+DC+DR)

im not using 4-4-1-1 becuse im out of MR.
if this formation is realy good against 4-3w-1-2
should i set my amr in the mr place?
some one told me its not such big deal.
