Help for counter 4-4-2 B

Hello I would like to know how countered this composition because I have to gain(win) absolutely tomorrow in section return match after a defeat 3-1, thank you for everything.

I always destroy this formation with the standard 4-4-2 formation with everything mixed normal and zonal orders.

With this formation i don't remember how i play but i am sure that with 4-3N-3 normal will never win and i will try again with my main formation (4-4-2).

Look i always play 4-4-2 and have 3 players for my sub (DC, MC, ST) that i can combine them in to this formations.
5-4-1
5-3N-2 or 5-3W-2
4-5-1
4-3N-3 or 4-3W-3
3N-5-2 or 3W-5-2

And i have a good results if i use them well
