    Yes formation is it ok but about arrows and this stuffs it can depend from one team to an other, I would play with at least attacking mentality for this formation.

    Like I said, it can depend on your players quality.

    According to Adel Gamal and his post "How to Win Against Any Formation?", the 4-5-1 V was best suited to counter the 4-1-2-1-2 (Narrow Diamond) formation pictured above.
