What do you mean by correct? Formation or team mentality, etc...
Well im not certain of the positions on the field for the formation, i think i have them correct. But yes the mentality and the arrows.
Yes formation is it ok but about arrows and this stuffs it can depend from one team to an other, I would play with at least attacking mentality for this formation.
Like I said, it can depend on your players quality.

According to Adel Gamal and his post "How to Win Against Any Formation?", the 4-5-1 V was best suited to counter the 4-1-2-1-2 (Narrow Diamond) formation pictured above.
Yes but with that quality I would not use red arrows on defenders

You can play as well like before too, your team is medium quality so every thing can happen, don't forgot before game to give them full condition and moral and good luck!
If that is truly the case, then at what level do 'Arrows' become effective?
If you will look more on forum you will see 6 stars teams who lost against 1 star so sometime everything is possible
