Depends upon what formation you are facing. If I need to go defensive I try 5 3w 2, 3 5 2 and 442

352 is a good formation if you play with right tactics.

For ex (for attacking)If you put red arrows on ML, MR & Blue arrow on middle MC its virtually a 352v style and (For defensive)If you put blue arrows on ML & MR it acts like 3 2 3 2.

If your opponent is playing with a formation like butterfly or hexagon then 5 3w 2 does a great job for me.

A friendly result with a very strong opponent.
