I need help.

Since the new season I have only 20% ball possession.
Support says that would be due to the formation.
I play 3-4-3
3 DC players play on the field for DC.
1 ML plays on the FIELD ML.
3 MC players play on the MC box.
3 ST players play on the storm field.

What should be flasch to the formation?

I am 8 League and even if I do friendlies against players from league 3 I have only 20% ball possession.

No matter how weak the opponent is, I've only ever 20% ball possession.

And the support says it is up to the formation ??? WTF ????

This problem I have only since the new season, before was everything ok

And i think it is a bug.

I loose all games.
