Personally I play Red forward arrows on DL & DR; Blue defense arrow on DMC.
Normal, Down both flanks, Own Half, Normal, Long (or Mixed... I never see much difference), Zonal, On, Off (Turn on if his strikers are 2+ points behind your worst defender in speed).
