It's not mildfield, but formation problem. Look at his stats: although you had big advantage in BP, he had too much shoots with only 34% of BP. You need (A)ML/R and DM against his 4-3n-1-2. I suggest 3n-1-4-2/3n-1-4-1-1/3n-5-2V for next time.
