I am playing the second leg of my cup round in about 30 minutes. I was beaten 2-1 away in the first leg.

So now I have to win, but also not allow more than one goal.

My opponent plays 4-4-2. Based on the counter formation table, I am using 3N-4-1-2.

Any suggestions on arrows, passing, etc would be greatly appreciated.

Tactically I have no idea what I am doing. I need to learn. I assume through the middle is good on 4-4-2?
