    Anyone played this formation before?

    I have a important game coming up tomorrow in the champions league 2nd leg match with my opponent using a formation I've not seen yet Anyone have any idea how to counter this?

    I'd say Attacking with Mixed Passing.

    4-5-1 v style can be used, but unless they are using long passing and just sending deep balls to the lone striker, the DMC will be rather useless. Plus you will need extra attacking power to break down a 4-1-4-1 unless the opponent is red arrow happy
