New formation to maximise players at my disposal

Can't seem to make ground in my league yet I've got some really good players, and none of my opponents are token buyers by the looks of things, so just thinking I'm not playing the best formation to get the best out of my players. Any suggestions on a formation that would work best for my squad? I've got an overview of their stats in the screenshot, but below are their exact ratings.

Also team tactics are set to:- Team Mentality-NORMAL, Focus Passing-MIXED (although switch to both flanks against 4-3-3 etc.), Pressing style-OWN HALF, Tackling Style-NORMAL, Passing Style-SHORT, Marking Style-MAN TO MAN
