I always play narrow Dimond but I have my best 2 player's not playing mL and mr should I change my formation for them or not ?? I'm 2nd in the league

Best in terms of Quality or best in terms of actual results (goals scored/assists).

The highest Q players are not necessarily the best, so changin to suit them may backfire. But if they are delivering the goals/assists then obviously you need to play a formation that suits them.
