Quite unusuall formation, I haven't faced it, but would use some 3dc formation with 2 wingers in mildfield and at 3 players in the middle of midlfield, so some of these:
3142, 31411, 352F, 352V or 3n142. You should choose according to your team's possibilities, form and quallity.
