I have an almost impossible mission.
Here it is: Final match of Champions League and my adversary is too damn strong.

OBS: My players are better trained (expecific training)
I mean: Focus on DEFENCE/ATTACK/ABILITY
Their players are balance like 40/40/40 for an exemple.

His players may be good but his formation is really dumb.

You've got a lot of options here. 4-3n-3, 4-3w-3, 4-1-3w-2, 4-1-1-2w-2 and multiple other ones. He's only got 2 defenders and no DL/DML on his left flank. You can exploit this with 2 or 3 strikers and an ML/(A)ML. Plus not that many bodies in the central midfield so a 3 MC setup is a solid choice as well.
