help against this formation

Hi members,

Im facing the opponent in 1st position and seems to be playing a formation that is unbeatable this season. 1st leg I lost 4-1 at home using 3-5-2v. Please assist me with a formation (if there is) and orders for the formation. Your help will be appreciated!

i've beaten this formation twice with 3-2-3-1-1 defensive, mixed, whole, hard/normal, mixed, man to man no counter no offside.
