Counter Formation for 3-3-2-2?

Drew 0-0 at home in my first cup match had the better side and seem to have less chances to score with 4-5-1 V formation. He's got a strange formation of 3 DCs, 3 DML/DMC/DMR, 2 MCs and 2 STRs. Not to sure how to go about this and im playing away, feedback would be much appreciated.

Why not a 4-3-1-2 with modifyeddefense..?

This can control the ST's, control the midfield and work against 3 defenses...

Well, I usually don't suggest counters more far away than a 4-3-3 or a cousin of this lol
