How to beat 4-4-2 and 4-1-3-2 plz

Hi everybody

I played against those two teams and I had that draws,

the team that played I played 4-4-2 against it with 4-1-3-1-1 although I did not DM and AM

I ended 1-1, I still have the return on Wednesday,


for the other, I played 3-4-3 as in the photo and I had also 2-2


pending good formation to beat or just win 1-0 against the 4-4-2 plz
