Title decider....Desparte times ahead.....plz help

Hi guys tmrw i have an all important match with my 2nd rank team for the title my points are 54 and his points are 51...its simple 1 vs 2 in the table...i was quite comfortable in table but last 6 matches was seriously a turn around and i began to loose more matches ... if he wins tmrw we will be level on points and he will win because he has 3 more goal difference than me...i am in level 16 with my quality 98.5 and his 98.9... he uses the formation of 4-3-1-2

what formation and control shld i use to beat them and claim the title... kindly help

Table of counter says 4-1-4-1 or 3n-1-4-2

I've beaten this with narrow diamond, 4-5-1v and my best result came with 4-3w-2-1 which was a happy accident as I had one CM available.

So a draw would be enough? My team loves a draw with 4-1-4-1
