Tactics against 4-3n-1-2?

Hey guys, i have pretty important game today for the top and i will play against an opponent that is couple of points stronger than me. The tactic he uses is 4-3n-1-2 or:

---ST---ST---
-----AMC-----
MC--MC--MC
DL--DC--DC--DR

Any ideas how i can counter that, at least for a draw? Would appreciate if you share the orders as well...

this is about the same with 4-4-2 ND.
Anyway, use
3DC-1DMC-2MC-1 AML-C-R - ST
or more defending
3DC-1DMC-3MC-1 AML-R - ST

during game maybe
-try from the flanks
-put blue arrows to defenders
-put red arrows to attackers
