I am using this formation for this season and I have 2 loses, both of them of a similar formation. A 4-3W(MC-MR-ML)-2(AMC)-1 and a 3W-1-2-3W-1.

I am really having trouble when the opponent scores first... If he does the best result I get is a draw if I am lucky. What do I do when I need to attack?

If your opponent scores dont worry as you must wait for your side to score.Sometimes goals are also earned at last moments.Like 90 mins also.

Attacking tips:
Mentality attacking
High pressing
Short passes
Counter attack off
Forward arrow on players
More than 5 players in opponent pitch.

They are some typical attacking tips.But remember defense is best attack.
