Formation problems.

I have been playing the for 3 years now and have found plenty of counter formations that work for me, however the 4-4-2 classic formation is one that always causes me problems.

One season I have a formation that works and the next season it fails and I seem to be always testing different formation against it.

Can anyone help with a formation that works against 4-4-2 classic every time.

If two opponents play 4-4-2, that doesn't mean they use same tactics or arrows, therefore, the answer is no... Tactics matter more than plain formations...

Nope... You have to figure it out during the game...

There isn't any guarantee counter formation for 4-4-2.
Just play with your most successful formation.
from the flanks if you have good wingers or a 4-4-2 ND from the middle.
