don't attack from the middle since he plays with 2DMC so you should use your wingers to attack from the flanks and since he uses 1MC your 3 midfield players will be enough to control the midfield

It Worked I played against a team of 104% and Won 2-5 at away. Formation was 4-3n-2w-1.
Defensive. Both flanks. Short passes. Zonal. High press. Normal tacking. Offside On. Counter On. Blue Arrows on DL and DR
