Someone tell me flaws of 4231

- if oppo has two good AMR-L better not use red arrows to your DR-L
- counter attack, is more helpful with defense
- if you play attack and oppo playing defense/counter/long pass , the lack of DMC maybe 'll cost you
- using hard tackling, in some games maybe cause cards/injuries or many F-K from your opponent

Tho Ive lost a game against 4132 so Im changing my tactics to 32221:
-DC-DC-DC-
DML--DMR
-MC--MC-
AML(Up)--AMR(Up)
-ST-
Short passing, zones, offside trap, play wide, attacking mentality, counterattack and hard tackling.
Will I beat his 4132 with my 32221 formation and if yes, do tell me any flaws for my new formation, and if no, what else works against this 4132, bearing in mind that this is the 2nd leg of the cup at home and i lost 2-1 away using my previous 4231 formation.
