My avg quality is better bt club lvl is lower.??

You should be able to kill him with possession, just use 3 or more MCs/DMCs, short passes through the middle. Normal style and low pressure. On your right side, I wouldn't worry too much to start with and just make sure to have a DR without an offensive arrow. But, keep an eye of his grades and if those players on his left side start to sky-rocket, have a plan to cover that side up a bit better (with two players).

This plan will fail if he gets a huge possession bonus in relation to you, so keep an eye on that your fellow members are watching.
