Yes, it's more about tactics
As many things it's hard to have a solid conclusion, most of the answers you 'll get (including mine) are personal choice

1. No arrow to ST
2. Yes to my wingers (but usually play with only one ST)
3. I also use a blue (down) arrow in my DC. Then ,depending from how the game is going.
4. As above
5. No arrow to GK
6. usually start with defense but if I 'm losing (in a K.O. round) and need two more goals, maybe I 'll use hard attacking.
7. "Aerial" , "wall", "shadow striker", maybe F-K, C-K.
