4-1-2-1-2 narrow . focus middle, short. Low press, no offisde, .

Attack if stronger, normal if equal, defend and pass mixed and counter on if weaker.

Btw thats what I do and I have fast fullback with good defend skils, mc with high passing %.

I would use 4-1-2(MC)-1-2 narrow diamond. focus middle, zonal marking, short passes, normal tackling, low press, no offisde. If your team is better, i would play with Attacking mentality and no counter attack. If the other team is stronger, you can use deffensive mentality and counter attacking
