Look at my team, need some help!

Hey!

I have tried everything and I just can't get my players playing like to should play.(Looking at their stars and skills).
I just need some suggestions about formations I should try and also orders...
Here is a picture about my players:




And this is the last formation that I used...worked like 50%... All the suggestions and all the other help is welcome! Cheers!

Really nice team but having quality players does not mean you need to play so much offensive soccer in order to win.

I would not use red arrows to defenders. It would make sense only if you played with 4 defenders and only with certain oppo formations.
If you want flank power, just make 2 of your AMCs, wing AMs.

So:
1. No red arrow to left/right defenders
2. Use 2 wing AMs
3. The 3rd center AM should be your wild card player. AMC or MC or DMC or DC.., countering your oppo's formation
4. I never use man-to-man.
5. It is better too be less attacking, protect your defense a bit more and try mixed balls, as short passes give you good posession but less final attempts.

You can play a variety of formation with your squad.
But you don't play all alone. You have to counter oppo formation and select the right one

that's my tips and congrats for your good squad

ps. I used pretty much your way of thinking 3 seasons ago.. I had good attacking team and tried to play super attacking footbal. It went fine with low quality team but pretty bad with same/higher oppos

that's a really bad formation
3DC can easily eliminate your attack.
Show some next oppo formation, to give some ideas

Yea 4 defenders ar more stable, then as always when we seeteams with full 6* or so, see he stats of all team is needed to know their contribution in terms of goals, assistances and MoM... if you can add a capture will help

if i was you with the players you have you should try diamond formation 4-1-2-1-2
you have a powerful AMC but you have to remove all this arrows put only on your amc
and dont play man marking and high press and also remove offside trap

I have added stats also, seems that only Otasevic is in scoring mood...

Move Otasevic to AMR and Espana to AML. You will be able to make better use of the entire attacking pitch.

If you go 3 at the back, don't put up arrows on the fullbacks. Unless your opponent has an AMC, you should use 4 defenders as opposed to 3 defenders and a DMC.

I also recommend putting arrows on your MC's. If you put down arrows on them, they will have a higher defensive workrate. You probably don't need to put up arrows on them with so many attacking players, but if you ever go with a V, you can make one of your MC's more attacking.

Everyone else in this thread also has good ideas!
